Minting UXDR is open to verified businesses. Verification happens once and covers your company and the people who own or control it. Once it is complete, you can mint, hold, send and redeem without repeating it.

What We Verify and Why
UXDR is built to operate inside financial regulation rather than around it, which is why minting is open only to businesses we have verified. There are two checks: your company, and the individuals who own or control it. Both run through Trulioo, a global identity verification provider, and are completed inside their platform under their data policy.

What To Have Ready
Gathering these before you start will make the process considerably faster.
Business details
Your business registration number and tax identification number
Registered address
Your registered office address exactly as it appears in government records, plus your main business phone number and email
Formation documents
Formation documents such as a certificate of incorporation. You will only be asked for these if we cannot verify your business from the details above.
Government ID
A government issued photo ID, such as a passport, for each person completing individual verification
Who Should Start It
Someone who can act for the business: a financial controller, a senior executive, or a board member. They will accept the terms on the company's behalf, so authority matters more than availability. That person will also:
- Receive email and possibly phone contact from us and from Trulioo during verification
- Receive the initial login credentials once your business is approved
- Complete individual verification themselves, alongside the business's owners and controllers
What Happens After You Submit
You can pause at any point. Early in the process we send you a link by email that returns you to exactly where you stopped, so nothing is lost if you need to go and find a document.
